What are unpaid legal fees?

You may have received an Unpaid Legal Fees A/R report. This is a report that reflects the court costs, attorney's fees, and filing fees associated with reconciling your accounts. Normally and for the sake of keeping the process flowing, our agency pays these costs for you to the court and attorney though they are owed at the time consent is given to us to pursue litigation on your accounts.
