What reports do you offer?

Darnel offers several reports:

• New Business Acknowledgement Report: The New Business Acknowledgement report is an end-of-day report delivered via email and includes a summary of defaulted accounts delivered to us for the day.

• Payment Reports: There are two end-of-day daily payment reports which show either accounts that have been paid in full with our office or accounts that have made a partial payment. Each of these reports are delivered via email.

• Bankruptcy Reports: These reports include bankruptcy filing notifications on your accounts delivered to us through our connection with the bankruptcy courts. We scrub for bankruptcy notifications daily using the LexisNexis database. This report is delivered to your email.

• Account Dispute Validation Requests: This is a report that includes current consumer accounts in dispute with actions required by you to satisfy consumer validation requests. Should there be open consumer validation requests, these reports will send at various intervals up to a maximum thirty-day time frame via email. These reports require a response from you.

• Legal Action Requests: Unless you give us prior authorization, we will never file a lawsuit to recover your accounts without your express consent. Consent is obtained from you with a Legal Action Request. This report may be mailed or delivered via email to you.
