How will I know if my accounts have loaded for collections?

Our office sends an acknowledgment report at the close of business that summarizes the total number of accounts and total dollar amount placed in collections that day.
Most accounts are loaded within 24 business hours of receiving the accounts. If you do not receive an acknowledgment report within 24 business hours of submission, please reach out to our Client Services team.
Note that any changes to the initial file format we have programmed will cause an error during the import process. If you are keying account data into an excel file, we highly recommend updating your processes to keying data in the Placements tab instead.
