How do I report payments?

Once you submit your accounts to us for recovery, the activity generated by our office may prompt the consumer to make a payment at your office. Reporting consumer payments made to you is crucial for keeping our data and your data synchronized. Reporting payments to us in a timely manner also helps with the consumer's credit portfolio.
As a best practice, we recommend directing the consumer to pay our office. Our agents are always available. If the consumer is in your office, tell them to contact our office to reconcile the balance. Please be aware that if the consumer pays your office we will reflect this payment as a "Paid to You" entry on our invoice.
Reporting a Payment
Step 1: Find the account in your Customer Portal located at www.darnelrecovery.com/clientaccessweb
Step 2: Use the Report Payment button at the top of the account page.
Step 3: Fill out the form with the appropriate information and click Submit Payment.
