Before You Withdraw the Account

Any or all of the defaulted accounts referred to us can be withdrawn by you at any time upon written notification; however, withdrawal of an account may result in a fee. If we have received a payment on an account, we will charge a withdrawal fee for each withdrawn account. All withdrawal fees will be invoiced monthly.

You may withdraw an account for no fee if there is sufficient reason for the withdrawal, which is defined as a bona-fide referral error which is limited to issues of

(a) initial balance errors,

(b) payment posting errors,

(c) insurance filing, if applicable,

(d) Customer attorney representation, or

(e) pro se legal representation by Customer regarding the Account,

and such withdrawal is noticed by you to us within three (3) business days from our receipt of the account information or within three (3) business days of legal service of process.

You may also withdraw any and all accounts if you are involved in a merger of your assets, if ordered to do so by a regulatory agency, or it is necessary to avoid continued violations of law.

Use Your Customer Portal

Step 1: Locate the account in your Customer Portal.

Step 2: Use the Cancel Account button at the top of the account window.

Step 3: Enter a reason for Cancellation and click Save Changes.

Our client services team will review the request and reach out with next steps.
