If you cannot find your account in the portal, there may be several reasons why.


Your account may fall outside our data retention limit in the portal. If the account is ten years old or older, it will be purged from the portal. Don't worry. We still have access to the account. Call our office at 1 (833) 545-4500 to speak with Client Services.


Your account may be in a status that prevents it from showing in the portal. Here are some statuses that prevent the account from showing in the portal:


  • RCL - Recalled. These are accounts recalled by you from our collection process.
  • DSP - Disputed. These are accounts that were disputed by the consumer and were not validated by you in a timely manner.
  • PIE - Placed in Error. These are accounts that were placed in error with us by you.
  • BKR - Bankruptcy. These are accounts in active bankruptcy.
